Refundable within 7 days
Request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Print Orders
Free replacement if lost or damaged
No refunds once shipped. Lost, destroyed, damaged, or misprinted orders are replaced free with proof, reported within 10 business days.
Advertising
50% of deposits non-refundable
Half of any advertising deposit is retained if you cancel.
1. Digital Subscriptions
You may request a full refund of a digital subscription within 7 days of the purchase date. To request one, email us at the address below with the email used at checkout. Requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
2. Print Orders
Print orders are not refundable once they have shipped. However, if your order is lost, destroyed, damaged, or misprinted, we will replace it free of charge, provided you contact us within 10 business days of the delivery date (or, for an order that never arrived, of its expected delivery date) and include proof:
- Damaged, destroyed, or misprinted orders: clear photos showing the damage or misprint.
- Lost or undelivered orders: proof that the order was not delivered, such as tracking information or a carrier notice.
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase.
3. Advertising Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve advertising placements, as described on our Advertise page. If you cancel, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable and the remaining 50% is returned to your original payment method.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email us using the contact details below.
- Include your name, the email used at checkout, and the order or purchase details.
- Tell us whether your purchase was a digital subscription, a print order, or an advertising deposit.
